LASER CUTTING

A latest generation laser cutting machine installed in our sheet processing area is capable of cutting stainless steel plates having a thickness up to 12 mm. Then, during the welding phase, the cut materials are fixed together to form boiler bottoms. The surface obtained is clean and easy to work with because the laser technology enables to respect the physical characteristics of the material it works with and to avoid the risk of distortion of the flat surfaces.
An economic investment in highly automated technology has proved to be a farsighted move on our part as it enabled our company to make a quantum leap in terms not only of quantity but also of production culture.
