STAMPING
The metal stamping department is the place where deep drawing, cutting and edge forming of the cups occur. Deep drawing is performed by appropriate presses which deform the sheet until the desired geometry is reached. This is followed by the shearing step, in which we make the holes required to connect the fittings to the flanges. What follows is the phase of edge forming whose purpose is to create a profile in a way that facilitates the matching of the cup to the plating.
